Denver, Colorado: A Football Weekend

Back in September Jourd and I flew to Denver, Colorado to kick off football season the best way we know how- cheering on our Aggies!
September 11th, the Ags played CU Bolder at Mile High Stadium, and lucky for us we had tickets! It was also a chance to see one of our best friends who recently moved back to the city.
We caught a flight from IAH Thursday afternoon, and had the rest of the weekend a head of us.
We kicked off the trip with my favorite tradition- airport drinks and then arrived in Denver to the best pup.
Friday was spent hiking…and drinking.
We started the morning off with a yummy brunch at Urban Egg in the Denver Tech Center and then hiked at the near by Bluffs Regional Park Trail.
That afternoon we spent time in the RiNo and LoHi areas of Denver. These are a few of our favorite spots we were able to hit up this trip!

Saturday was spent as any good Saturday in the fall should be. We did our fair share of tailgating and cheering as the Ags won 10-7.
After capping off the night with a few drinks, we were up and on a plane early the next morning.
As always, Denver you have a special place in our hearts!
